Orders over 5 yards are typically shipped on a high-quality cardboard bolt to prevent permanent creasing. Smaller orders may be shipped folded in secure, moisture-resistant packaging.
What is your return policy for cut-to-measure fabrics?
Since cut-to-measure fabrics are customized to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
